Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Product
Securely place the Dirt Devil unit and all original accessories back into its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
